BLUEGRASS RADIO NETWORK'S INTO THE BLUE EXPANDS TO THREE HOURS!
NASHVILLE, TN - The Bluegrass Radio Network, home to the largest syndicated bluegrass radio show in the nation, proudly announces the expansion of its nationally syndicated radio program Into The Blue to three hours. "With the explosive growth in popularity of bluegrass music, we knew the time was right" said founder and host Terry Herd. Broadcast weekly on more than 180 affiliate stations in 36 states, Into the Blue is the largest and longest running commercial bluegrass syndication in the country. "Our programming works on commercial radio in virtually any size market for two reasons, it's a tight, upbeat production with commercial appeal and there are so many fans who thirst for the music" says Herd. "We've experienced a phenomenal upsurge in requests for the program in the past 18 months". Herd founded the Bluegrass Radio Network in 1992 and relocated the company to Nashville in 1996. A past member of the IBMA Board of Directors, Herd also chaired the organization's marketing committee for seven years and is a four time recipient of the IBMA Broadcaster of the Year Award. Into the Blue is available to commercial radio stations on a barter basis. Direct inquiries to: Al Snyder and Associates Phone: (859) 881-9155 Fax: (859) 885-1175 alradio@aol.com
